Entertainment 2.0: Logitech Harmony 360 Review

I use the same remote and love it. The only thing that I wish it did is allow you to copy activities to create new activities. If it's there and I am missing it, please let me know.

Yeah, it's a Microsoft product. Get over it. After you spend your hard-earned $400 on the console itself (a device Microsoft will likely lose money on anyway), the software giant need never see another cent from you. But because Xbox 360 is a next-generation console with better-than-PC capabilities, the PC ports available for that system are first-rate, identical to the PC versions. Today, that's titles like Quake 4, Call of Duty 2, and King Kong. In the future, Half-Life 2 and other titles will be added. So if you're looking for the full experience, but don't want a PC, and could conceivably rally around playing these games on the biggest screen in the house, Xbox 360 might just be the obvious solution.

If you have multiple sound sources, the software makes sure to ask which component you want to control the volume with, etc. image It’s all very intuitive and easy to do. ...

The one thing to keep in mind with this is that it takes time to send all of those signals, so you have to be sure the remote has LoS to your devices until it’s done......

Not only that but it comes with an IR port on the bottom specifically for learning commands from your other remotes. This makes it compatible with basically any IR device you throw at it.

While no universal solution is perfect, Logitech has done a great job putting together an easy to use yet very encompassing solution with the Harmony 360.

at the beginning of your post i thought you were going to say that you decided to replace your remote - but i think it's great that if it's still meeting your needs, that you continue using it. too many people feel like they have to go after the next best thing, it's so wasteful.
